2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dry thyme
2 tsp paprika
½ tsp ground white pepper
½ tsp cayenne
4 tbsp oil
3 8- ounce fresh salmon fillets
optional beurre blanc sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the salt, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, white pepper, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
2. Add 3 tbsp olive oil to 2 tablespoons of the blackened seasoning and combine well.
3. Completely coat the salmon fillets.
4, In a cast iron pan, add 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat until it begins to lightly smoke.
5. Place the blackened salmon fillets into the pan, turn the heat down to medium-low, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until well browned and the desired wellness.
