2 Tbsp whole brown mustard seeds
1/4 cup mustard powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold beer
1 tsp honey
4 tsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the seeds in a spice grinder for 15 seconds, or with a mortar and pestle, until slightly
crushed although mostly whole.
Combine with the mustard powder and salt.
Stir in the beer, honey and vinegar.
Cover and store at room temperature for 2 days before use.
Transfer to clean glass jars and cover tightly.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 months.
