2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1½ c. semisweet chocolate chips
Ice cream, any flavor you like, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Stir dry ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients with creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Use an ice cream scoop to drop dough onto baking sheet. Cookies should be oversized. Bake 15-17 minutes.

Scoop softened ice cream and place between two cookies. Wrap cookies in plastic wrap and place in the freezer until ready to eat.
