16oz Nutter Butter cookies
8oz softened cream cheese
Melting chocolate for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the Nutter Butter cookies to a food processor and crush until a fine crumb.
2. Add in the cream cheese, and mix with crumbs to make a thick base.
3. Scoop mixture, and roll into even sized balls. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
5. Use a fork to carefully dip each of the balls into the melted chocolate, then gently slide off the fork onto the parchment paper to set.
6. Allow the balls to set until the chocolate hardens - about 30 minutes at room temperature or 10 minutes in the fridge.
7. Once balls are set, you can drizzle with more melted chocolate.
8. Can be stored in airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
