1 lb ground beef (can use vegetarian meat)
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
12 oz Velveeta, cut up
2/3 cup chopped tomato
3 Tbsp tomato paste
3 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 Tbsp milk
pickle slices
Assorted dippers, such as potato wedges, french fries, tater tots, or fried pickles.

In a large skillet, cook the first three ingredients (through garlic) over medium high heat until meat is browned. Drain off fat.
In a 1 1/2 to 2 qt slow cooker, combing meat mixture and the next five ingredients (through Worcestershire). Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours or on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If needed, stir in milk to reach desired consistency.
Serve immediately or keep warm covered, on warm up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If desired, top with pickle slices. Serve with dippers. Makes 16 servings.
