2 cans biscuits (small cans, 10)
1 can vegetarian chili (won't use all)
1 cup frozen corn (optional)
cheese (can be cut into circles or shredded)

OPTIONAL: cut olives, bell peppers, and/or carrots to decorate (such as jack-o-lantern faces)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups. Lightly roll out dough and divide into 12 pieces. Press each piece into muffin cup and press up 1 inch of sides of each muffin cup.

Combine chili and corn in medium bowl. Fill each muffin cup with 1-2 tbsp chili mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and decorative veggie pieces, if using.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are fully cooked and cheese is melted
