1 Box Funfetti Cake Mix (15.25 oz.)
1 Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix (3.4 oz.)
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs (room temperature)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
¾ Cup White Chocolate Baking Chips

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Put parchment paper on or lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat until a dough forms. Stir in the white chips.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets two inches apart. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cookies just start to lightly brown around the edges. Be sure to rotate sheet ½ turn at the halfway point of baking

Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack. Cool for at least 4 minutes on cooking sheet before removing them to wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
