2½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
1½ Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks) (room temperature)
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
¾ Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Box Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding (3.4 oz.)
2 Eggs (room temperature)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Christmas M&Ms (green & red)
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; mixing well. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with mixer (about 1 minute or until fluffy); scraping sides of bowl. Add dry pudding mix; mixing well. Beat in eggs, one at a time; just until smooth. Now beat in vanilla.

On low speed, gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture; until just combined.

Stir in M&M’s and the white chips until blended.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.

Bake 7-11 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Be sure to rotate sheet ½ turn at the halfway point of baking.

Cool on sheet for 4 minutes and then remove to a wire rack. Cool completely before storing in a airtight container.


Variation:

You can use substitute different candies for preferred taste or seasonal decoration.
