1½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
½ Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
½ Cup Butter (1 Stick) (cold)
1 Pkg. Chocolate Chips (12 oz.) (divided)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz.)
1 Egg (room temperature)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in ½ cup of chips. Press firmly into prepared pan.

Bake for 13 minutes. Rotate pan ½ turn at halfway point of baking.

While crust is baking, in large bowl beat condensed milk, egg and vanilla together. Remove crust from oven and pour liquid mixture into it. Then sprinkle the remaining chips over this.

Bake for an additional 15-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Rotate the pan ½ turn at halfway point of baking.

Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
