2 tbsp plain flour
4-6 lamb shanks
3 tbsp olive oil
4 red onions, cut into wedges through the root
3 garlic cloves, crushed
375g red wine
150g balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
~Season flour with pepper and dust lamb shanks
~Brown lamb shanks on all sides, put to one side
~Add onions, garlic to the pan and Soften
~Return the lamb add the wine, balsamic vinegar rosemary
~Bring to the simmer cover and cook for 2-2½ hours
