2 cups Bisquick
1 1/3 cups milk
1 egg
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup roughly chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Bisquick and oatmeal, set aside
Lightly beat egg and add to milk and olive oil.
Add liquid to dry ingredients all at once
Stir until moistened. Do not overbeat
Pour onto hot waffle iron and add chopped pecans.
Bake until done and browned to desired color

Note: I like to serve waffles, pancakes or French toast with fresh fruit. That can be bananas, any berries you like, kiwi...whatever is your preference.

I like to add additional nutrition, so I add the oatmeal, 1/2 cup wheat germ to the batter.
