¾ cup (6.5 ounces) liquid/yogurt
2-½ cups fruit
4-6 Tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to VitaMix or blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour popsicle mix into popsicle holders.
4. Insert sticks.
5. Place in freezer for about 8 hours.
6. When ready to remove Popsicles, gently run water over the bottom and sides of holders.
7. Freeze Popsicles in a bag.

August 4, 2022 I made watermelon Popsicles with leftover watermelon and sent some home with Braeden and Jasmine when they dropped off supper for Wendell and me: tater tot hotdish. Jazz said they are good. I think peach would be amazing! (I bought the popsicle holders at a rummage sale a few years ago. I've made it a goal to start trying unused kitchen gadgets. This was my first attempt. No sticks came with my purchase, so i had to improvise. They tipped funny, do I bent the top trying to get it off.
