1 tablespoon of celery salt
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 pinch of ground dry mustard
1 pinch of ground mace (may substitute a teensy pinch of nutmeg)
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
1 pinch of ground cardamom
1 pinch of ground allspice
1 pinch of ground cloves
1 pinch of ground ginger

Double:
2 tablespoons of celery salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon of ground dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon of ground mace (may substitute a pinch of nutmeg)
1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon of ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger

4x:
4 tablespoons of celery salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon of ground mace (may substitute 1/8 tsp of nutmeg)
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to a container of some sort that has a tight-fitting lid—a glass jar with a screw-top lid works spectacularly.

Set aside in a cool, dark place and use within a couple of months.
