1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tsp garlic and red chile paste
1 tsp lime zest
1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 dash fine sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the butter, chile garlic paste, lime zest and juice, and salt and process in a food processor or blender until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Transfer to a dish to serve right away or roll it in parchment paper to store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
