1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Halved grape tomatoes
Seeded and chopped cucumber
Kalamata olives, halved
Feta (good, sheep’s milk feta, not the pre-crumbled stuff), crumbled
Pepperoncini slices
Chopped flat-leaf parsley

Directions:

Combine ingredients in large bowl.
Pour dressing over and mix well.
Chill and serve.

Minced Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Pepper and salt to taste
Oregano to taste
