2 c. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Shortening

Remaining Ingredients:
Ham or Pork Roast
Potatoes, quartered
Baby Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dough ingredients together in a large bowl. Once completely mixed roll out on a floured surface about ½" thick then cut into square’s. Cut the ham into bite size pieces. Boil the ham (bone in) in a large pan to make the broth. Boil for about one hour, remove the ham, keep the broth boiling. Add the noodles (one at a time) and boil for 15 minutes. Add the potatoes and carrots and ham and boil 15 more minutes until the potatoes and carrots are done.
