Holiday Fruit Salad BEST Violet Schroeder

Diced Bananas
Diced oranges or canned oranges
Canned pineapple, tidbits, reserve liquid
Grapes cut in fourths
Marshmallows, small
Nuts
Maraschino Cherries
Whipping cream

Mix bananas, oranges, pineapple and grapes, sprinkle with sugar, set aside.
Make ahead (hour or days ahead)
3 T. sugar canned pineapple juice
2 or 3 t. flour Whole lemon juice
Stir over low heat until it has thickened. Cool and put in a jar until ready to use.
Ready to use add whipped (stiff peaks) whipping cream to mixture and mix with the fruit.
