Egg Mixture:
6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
½ C. minced celery
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1½ tsp. prepared mustard
¾ tsp. onion salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. oregano

Outside Covering:
1 - 3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1½ Tbsp. milk
1 jar pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
Paprika

Egg Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix eggs, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, onion salt, pepper and oregano until well blended.
Mound on a serving dish and shape as desired. Smooth with a spatula, cover and chill for 2 hours.

Outside Covering:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread mixture on top and sides of egg mixture. Garnish with olives and a sprinkling of paprika.

Serve with Melba toast.
