1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add slightly beaten eggs to creamed mixture. Beat well.

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.

TOPPING: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon; mix together.

Pour half the batter into a tube pan and sprinkle half of the topping on the batter, then pour remaining batter and add the rest of the topping. Swirl the batter with a knife gently on top.

Bake in over 350o for 45 min. to one hour.
