330g Curry powder
5 peg of Garlic
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
2 large onion
Half a bunch Thyme
330g All-purpose seasoning
Lemon
Viniger
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put mutton in a bowl of cold water with viniger and lemon leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Was mutton and drain of water.

Blend onion, garlic, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper
To make a wet rub.

Add wet rub and curry powder,all-purpose seasoning to mutton.

Put 2 cloves of garlic in to a pot with 1cup of vegetable oil And half a cup of curry powder and heat for a 1 minute. Then add the mutton and stir then add 2 cups of water Place lid on top pot to cover and leave on a medium heat After 1 hour turn to a low heat Until it is soft.
