Ingredients: For the dough: 500g plain flour 390 ml of full fat milk 1 tsp sugar 3 tsp salt 7g dry yeast
For the filling: 600g Firm cheese for the edges (cheddar works great!) 600g Feta or Mozarella cheese Spices to taste (mixed herbs, pepper and chilli) Butter for glazing

Directions:Mix yeast and sugar in a 100ml of lukewarm milk and leave to bubble for 10 mins. Mix the yeast mixture with flour and salt so it forms a solid dough ball. Leave in a warm place and let it rise for an hour. After an hour break the dough into 3 smaller ball. Spread the dough to from a boat shape as per photo and put cheddar on the edges Fill the middle with softer cheese and put in the over for 12-15 mins on 200 C Make sure that they are not burned in the middle, once they get a nice colour take them out of the oven Make a little hole in the middle and put the egg inside and top with pepper Use a brush to glaze the butter over the edges to make it even more delicious Put back in the oven for another 3-5 mins until egg is cooked. |

Notes: This is one of our favorites, it is the most wholesome delicious thing you will ever try. The richness of the cheese mixed with homemade dough make this not-your-typical bread transform into something magical. Once you've tried it you will never want to stop having it at any of your dinner parties. But we aware though it can be served as a starter you will probably not need much more afterwards!
