Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2lb Top Sirloin Steak
1 tbsp butter

For the Marinade:
2 tbsp grated ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
5 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp soy sauce

For the Fried Rice
2 tbsp butter
4 cups cold white rice
1 egg
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 green onion, sliced (optional)

For the grilled veggies
2 tbsp butter
1-2 zucchini, bias cut
1 carrot, bias cut (thinner than zucchini)
1-2 cups mushroom, cut in half
1 onion, very large dice.

For the Yum Yum Sauce
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for marinade. Marinade steak for at least 1 hour, but preferably 4-5 hours.

Mix together ingredients for yum yum sauce, and refrigerate. It tastes better if you can let it chill for an hour, but I've eaten it immediately as well.

Start with the steak. Heat the 1 tbsp butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Cook the steak 3-5 minutes per side. Let rest for 10 minutes. Dice into bite sized pieces and plate.

While steak is cooking, you can begin your fried rice. Heat up the 2 tbsp butter, add garlic cloves and cook for about 1 minute. Add cold rice and soy sauce and cook for about 3 minutes. Push rice aside and in the hollow, crack your egg. Scramble egg in the hollow, about 2 minutes. Then incorporate into the rice. Let cook for about one more minute, then add green onions if using.

Remove rice from pan, then add tbsp butter. Add the veggies, and cook no more than 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Salt to taste.

Plate everything together and serve with yum yum sauce.

You can substitute the steak for chicken breasts, but I tend to dice the chicken up before cooking when I do.

Was inspired to make this by my sister Lindsey. Took me about ten tries to finally get it just right.
