2½ c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
¾ c finely chopped pecans
1 beaten egg
1 c cold butter
1 jar (12oz) of seedless red raspberry jam
1⅔ c Hershey Dark Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan.

2. Stir together flour, sugar, pecans, and egg in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside 1½ c of crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture into pan. Stir jam to soften, and carefully spread over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with chips. Crumble remaining crumb mixture evenly over top.

3. Bake 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack; cut into bars.
