½ c butter
1 c flour
½ c chopped pecans

Cream Filling:
8oz cream cheese
1 c whipped topping

Lemon topping:
2-3oz instant lemon pudding
3c milk

Crust:

Cut butter and flour together with pastry blender - add pecans. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes @ 350º. Cool.

Cream filling:
Beat cream cheese until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on crust.

Lemon Filling:
Mix pudding with milk. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Frost with remaining whipped topping.

Chill for several hours or overnight.
