1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup shortening
1 egg white
1/2 low fat milk
3/4 cup marshmallow fluff

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa, soda, salt and sugar. Add shortening and egg and milk. Beat together for 2 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls on large ungreased baking sheet. Makes 36 cookies. Cool completely.
Top with 2 tsp fluff and top with remaining cookie.
