½ lb. ground cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese
1 garlic clove (bud)
½ c. pecans, chopped
Chili powder
Directions:
Directions:
Allow both cheddar and cream cheese to stand at room temperature to soften. Mix together. Mash the garlic bud or just add a pinch of garlic powder. Add chopped pecans, mix well.

Form a roll, sprinkle lightly with chili powder.

Chill, slice prior to serving.
