1 1/4 C Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C Butter or Margarine, softened
1/2 C peanuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 C Brown sugar, packed
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and peanut butter in large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts. Drop dough by rounded Tablespoons onto uncreased baking sheets. Press down slightly to flatted into 2" circles. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until centers are set, but still soft. Let stand 4 minutes then removed to wire rack. to cool completely.
