1-2 Family packages of chicken, any combination of chicken meat.
3 C BBQ sauce

Pour BBQ sauce over chicken in a #12 dutch oven. Place lid on dutch oven. Place oven over coals that will disburse the heat evenly over the bottom. Place several coals evenly spaced on lid. You do not need as many on the top as the bottom. Cook approximately 1 hour. Rotate every 15 minutes 1/4 turn. After 1/2 hour, rotate bottom chicken to the top. You know it is done when the meat pulls away from the bone. Do not let it fall off the bone.

For 350°, you will need 18-20 coals/briquettes. Make sure coals are white on the edges before placing oven over them.
