Ingredients:  
1 tbsp olive oil.
1 tsp mustard seed
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp or more Urey power (Grace or Blue or Mountain brand)
1 head green cabbage thinly sliced
1/4 cup golden raisins or tablespoon brown sugar
2 ozs apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet with lid, over medium heat add the oil. When the oil is heated add mustard seed and cover until they stop popping (about 1 minute). Add onion and cook, stirring until soft (about 5 mins)
Add garlic and curry power and stir until combine.
Add cabbage, raisins and vinegar, (or sugar) stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender, about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
ENJOY!!! Only 50 calories, serving eight.
