1 c. salted butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. black cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. peanut butter chips
1 1/2 c. Double Stuffed Oreos, chopped
1/4 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugars together for 2 minutes. Scrape the sides and add egg and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Add the flour, black cocoa, soda, and salt until about halfway incorporated. Stop the mixer. Add in peanut butter chips and Oreos. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix. The mixture will be pretty dry.

Portion the dough into 1/3 c. lightly packed balls. Flatten on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the pan for 20 minutes. Add the white chocolate chips to the microwave. Microwave for about 30 seconds at a time and stir. Repeat until melted smooth. Transfer to a zip bag and snip the corner. Drizzle on top of the cookies.
