12 oz beef sliced in thin pieces
1 lb broccoli
1/2 carrot peeled & cut thin slivers
2 cloves garlic peel & minced
1 small piece ginger cut into small pieces or minced
1 green onion
1 med onion sliced

Marinate
1 tsp baking sofa
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp corn starch
0.25 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking wine

Sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp sugar
0.25 tsp white sugar

Extra ingredients
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp extra oil
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut and wash beef (wash blood out of meat)
2. Create beef marinade: Mix all marinade ingredients together.
3. MIx beef into marinade.
4. Cut broccoli and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
5. Make sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
6. Boil broccoli with a bit of oil and salt until just tender. Drain once cooked.
7. Add 1 tbsp oil to marinating beef and mix well. Heat wok on high and then add 2 tbsp oil. Swirl oil in wok and discard excess oil. Lower heat and add beef. Cook for 30 to 60 seconds and flip when beef turns brown. Cook second side for 60 to 90 seconds until brown. Turn off heat and remove beef.
8. Stir fry vegetables & beef
Add remaining oil (2 tbps). Add garlic and ginger and fry for 20-30 seconds, Next add onions, scallions and carrots and cook another 20 - 30 seconds. Once cooked, add broccoli. Cook 60 seconds. Add beef and cook for 60 seconds. Add 1 tbsp water if needed.
9. Add sauce to stir fry and constantly mix for 1 minute. Add sesame oil and mix well.
10. Remove and plate.
