1 lb. sausage (uncooked - hot)
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix preceding ingredients and roll into balls. The moisture in the sausage and cheese will hold the mixture together.
Bake 15 minutes.
