80g chickpea flour
🍳 250g silken tofu (let the water drain out first
🍳 250ml water
🍳 1/2 tsp black salt or just regular salt
🍳 1/4 tsp baking powder
🍳 pinch of turmeric for colour but don’t go wild

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and grease or spray with a little oil. Pour just enough batter so that once you swirl the pan it covers the base. Cook for 1-2 mins, fold in the sides to make a square. Flip and cook for a further minute and then serve on your fave brekky sandwiches!
