4 bread slices (challah is nice)
3 beaten eggs
Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:




Mix sugar and cinnamon together on a plate.

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Dip bread into beaten egg then fry both side.

When nicely brown dip into the sugary cinnamon mixture.
