1 c butter
2/3 c sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp flavoriing (almond, vanilla, etc)
2 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Mix butter, sugar, egg and flavoring. Work in the flour. Using 1/4 dough at a time, force dough through cooky press onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7 - 10 minutes or until set but not brown.

This is my tried and true recipe that have used for years. Can vary flavor with different flavorings and use food coloring for festive Christmas cookies. Keep very well for long period of time
