2 large tins ripe olives (pitted)
2 large jars green olives (stuffed)
2 cans shrimp (good quality)
2 small jars pimento
2- 15 oz. cans green beans.
2 cans mushrooms
1 cup white vinegar
3 tins solid tuna
1 pound cauliflower (boil 2 minutes)
1 pound silver onions OR 1 cup chopped onions
3 green peppers
44 oz. Ketchup (2 X 750 ml)
3/4 cup of salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Don’t cut pieces too small
Combine oil, cauliflower,onions, and cut olives
Bring to a slow boil
Boil for 10 minutes
Add: mushrooms,ketchup, peppers and beans
Boil again 10 minutes
Add: shrimps, tuna, pimento and vinegar.
Stir lightly and put in jars
Process in water bath 15 minutes to seal
