4 c. cabbage, shredded
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
1 T. butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cabbage and celery together and chill. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, onion, green pepper and cucumber together and chill. Mix together. Melt butter in skillet and add nuts and cheese, cooking until browned. Sprinkle on top of salad.
