3 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, beaten until stiff
1 c. crushed graham crackers
Directions:
Directions:
In top of a double boiler, melt marshmallows; stir in milk, pineapple and vanilla.
Allow to cool, and fold in whipped cream. Pack in an 8x8-inch baking pan with crushed graham crackers and pour mixture on top. Chill and serve. Yield: 9 to 12 servings.
