12 oz. chicken breasts halves, boneless
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. white vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Boboli brand bread shell
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 T. almonds, sliced
1 T. cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 of green onion, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon oil and peppers. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces and add to marinade. Let stand 30 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Add chicken and stir about 3 minutes until no longer pink. Stir cornstarch into reserved marinade; add to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Spoon onto top of Boboli shell. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes. Top with remaining green onion and 2 tablespoons sliced almonds. Bake 2 minutes more.
