12 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded (can use other white cheese, if preferred)
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. mushrooms, sliced
Olives (opt.)
Celery (opt.)
Pimento (opt.)
2 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
4 eggs
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Put bacon on bottom of pan, then cheeses, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, etc. Blend milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper with a blender on high speed 1 minute. Pour over above layers. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6 servings.
Note: May be reheated for breakfast.
