1 prepped graham cracker crust (or see Lucy's cheesecake)
1 pkg (5.1-oz) vanilla inst pudding & pie filling
8 oz cream cheese / softened
3 C milk (cold)
2 bananas / sliced
Cool Whip
shredded coconut, if desired

Directions:
Slice bananas in bottom of crust
For best results, combine all ingredients in Cuisinart or blender. Combine ½ of milk (1½ C) and ½ of cream cheese (4-oz) - mix until smooth. Alternately, add pudding and balance of milk and cream cheese until smooth. Pour pudding mix over bananas in crust. Put cool whip on top and sprinkle w/ coconut.
