1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. old-fashioned oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk chocolate chips
2/3 c. vanilla chips
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. peanut butter chips
2/3 c. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add vanilla. Gradually add flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Add chips. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before placing on a wire rack. Yield: 6 dozen (I used a large cookie scoop).
Variation: Cindy uses mini M&M's instead of semi-sweet chips. Gives a little more color. Can also add nuts.
