1 pt strawberry ice cream
1 pt vanilla ice cream
8 tbsp minced fruits (marinate in 1½ oz Kirsch x 2H)
½ C nuts / chopped
½ pt heavy cream / whipped
8 maraschino cherry halves

Directions:
Directions:
In 8 champagne glasses, scoop vanilla & strawberry ice cream (filling glass to ¾ measure. Spoon over marinated fruits and place in freezer.
Remove from freezer 5 mins before serving, then spoon on whipped cream, top w/ nuts and cherry halves.
