1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 box (3½-oz) instant lemon pudding
¼ C lemon juice
4 eggs
½ tsp lemon extract
⅔ C canola oil
1 tsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350º
Mix cake mix, instant pudding - set aside. Create ⅔ C lemon mix (lemon juice & enough water). Add to cake mix, eggs, lemon water, lemon extract. Pour in oil, beat @ med speed for 6 mins until smooth. Pour in to lightly oiled Bundt pan.
Bake for 45 mins or until golden + springy
 

Glaze

¼ c lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon zest
½ tsp lemon extract
1 C confectioners' sugar

Mix glaze ingredients. When cake is cool, un-mold. Pierce cake w/ toothpick with 1" deep holes and spoon glaze over.
