Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar


Mix all ingredients together and press onto the bottom and partly up the sides of a well-buttered springform pan.



Cheesecake:
4-8 oz. tubs Whipped Cream Cheese (I use Tempted)
16 oz. Sour Cream (I use Axelrod)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
6 large eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until creamy.
Add beaten eggs. Continue to mix well.
Pour into Springform pan.
Place the cheesecake pan into a large pan.
Add water to the larger pan.
Place on the center rack of the oven.
Bake at 350ºF for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from the oven. Remove the cheesecake pan from the water bath. Cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
