1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp water

1 tsp vanilla

1 bag chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Boil until dark tan or 325º on a candy thermometer. Stir with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on a greased cookie sheet and top with chocolate chips. Let cool and break into bite sized pieces.
