2 packages of butter at room temperature
3 eggs at room temperature
1 Tbsp. of vanilla
1 Tbsp. of baking powder
3 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
2 tbsp. maple baking emulsion
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup maple sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, maple emulsion and syrup and vanilla until smooth using a hand or stand mixer. Cream in egg s one at a time until smooth. Blend in dry ingredients one cup at a time. Knead until thoroughly mixed. Place on a cookie sheet in small drops and sprinkle maple sugar on top. Bake at 350ºF for 12 – 15 minutes
