1 pkg macaroni and cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
⅓ soup can of water
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tomato (opt)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Drain grease and add soup, water, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Prepare mac n cheese according to package. Pour ground beef mixture into 2qt baking dish. Top with mac n cheese. Then diced tomato. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Can mix altogether in pot rather than baking.
