Crumb Crust
Use recipe on box of graham cracker crumbs

Filling:
2 eggs
½ cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1½ cups sour cream
2 8oz packages cream cheese - softened and cut into pieces
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Line a 9 inch cake pan with crumbs.

In blender - combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream.

Cover blender and mix on LIQUEFY for 15 seconds.

With motor ON, remove cover and gradually add cream cheese and melted butter.

Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared cake pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until set in center - filing will be soft but will firm as cake cools.

Chill thoroughly before serving.

Use cherry or blueberry pie filling as topping.

Again, so many memories with this one. You could use any flavor pie filling as the topping, but she used cherry or blueberry - and she put it on before serving.
