Salad
2-3 pita breads, toasted and crumbled
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
1 c. diced fresh tomato
1 c. diced cucumber
½ c. chopped red onion
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
¼ c. chopped fresh mint

Dressing
4 T. olive oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice
3 T. water
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
2 tsp. ground sumac
Salt & pepper, to taste
Crumbled feta cheese, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large salad bowl, combine first seven ingredients.

In a beaker or small bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, water, garlic, sumac, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.

Toss dressing into salad. Garnish with feta cheese.
